Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on flipstreaks.com, including FlipCoin packages, bundles, battle pass upgrades, and any other paid item offered in the in-game Store. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.

FLIPSTREAK is published by DOLGLEV interactive, operated by Anton Dolgalev as a sole proprietor registered in Chile. Purchases are processed by our third-party Merchant of Record: PayPal.

General rule — purchases are final

All FlipCoin purchases are final and non-refundable once FlipCoins have been credited to your account.

Unlocked cosmetic content — including coin skins, nickname styles, avatars, avatar frames, battle pass tiers, backgrounds, flip sounds, and cursors — is never refundable once it has been granted to your account.

FlipCoins cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or converted back into real money, gift cards, or any other currency.

EU / UK / jurisdictions with a statutory right of withdrawal

FlipCoins and cosmetic unlocks are digital content delivered instantly upon purchase. By completing checkout, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and the immediate delivery of digital content, and you expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

This waiver is given in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, and equivalent provisions in United Kingdom and other national consumer-protection law. The waiver is obtained through an explicit, separate checkbox presented to you at checkout. You cannot complete a purchase without ticking that checkbox.

As a result, once your FlipCoins are credited, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies, and any refund is at our sole discretion under the limited window below.

Limited discretionary refund window

As a gesture of goodwill, and at our sole discretion, we may refund the full purchase price of a FlipCoin package within 7 calendar days of the original transaction, but only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request reaches billing@flipstreaks.com within 7 calendar days of the original transaction timestamp.
  • Zero FlipCoins from that transaction have been spent. Your current FlipCoin balance must be equal to or greater than the amount credited by the purchase you want refunded.
  • The purchase was not part of a bundle or event whose contents have already been delivered or consumed (for example, a battle pass upgrade whose premium tiers have been claimed).
  • The account is in good standing and is not under investigation for fraud, chargeback abuse, or Terms of Service violations.

We do not offer partial refunds. If any FlipCoins from the transaction have been spent, the refund is not available.

To request a discretionary refund, email billing@flipstreaks.com with the original transaction ID shown on your payment-processor receipt and the email address on your FLIPSTREAK account. If the refund is approved, we will process it back to the original payment method through the relevant Merchant of Record. Processing times depend on the processor and your bank, and are typically 5–14 business days.

Chargebacks

A chargeback or payment dispute opened against PayPal for a FLIPSTREAK purchase is treated as a serious breach of our Terms of Service.

If a chargeback is ruled in our favor, or if a chargeback is opened after the associated FlipCoins have been spent in whole or in part, the following consequences apply automatically:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of the account associated with the purchase.
  • Forfeiture of all FlipCoins in the account, regardless of how they were obtained.
  • Forfeiture of all cosmetic items, including coin skins, nickname styles, avatars, avatar frames, backgrounds, flip sounds, and cursors.
  • Forfeiture of all battle pass progress and any unclaimed tier rewards.
  • Banning of the associated email address, IP addresses, and payment identifiers from creating or accessing future FLIPSTREAK accounts.

If you believe a chargeback was opened in error — for example, because a family member used your card without permission or a transaction looked unfamiliar on your statement — please contact billing@flipstreaks.com before escalating with your bank or payment processor. We will work with you directly and can usually resolve the issue faster than a formal dispute.

Fraud and abuse

Purchases made with stolen payment methods, fraudulent accounts, or accounts created to abuse the refund window are void. Any FlipCoins or items granted by such purchases will be revoked, and the account will be permanently terminated. We cooperate with law enforcement, with our payment processors, and with card networks when investigating payment fraud.

Service discontinuation

If we decide to discontinue the Service entirely, we will announce the shutdown at least 60 days in advance through an in-game notice and, where practical, by email.

If the Service is discontinued, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for unused FlipCoins purchased within the 90 days immediately preceding the shutdown announcement. Cosmetic items and items already unlocked or consumed, including battle pass rewards, are not refundable under any circumstances.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email billing@flipstreaks.com with the following information:

  • The email address on your FLIPSTREAK account.
  • The original transaction ID from your PayPal receipt.
  • The date and approximate amount of the purchase.
  • A short description of why you are requesting a refund.

We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. If we need additional information from you to process the request, the response clock resets once you reply with that information.
