Acceptance
By accessing or using flipstreaks.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who we are
The Service is operated by DOLGLEV interactive, a studio run by Anton Dolgalev as a sole proprietor registered in Chile. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean DOLGLEV interactive.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FLIPSTREAK. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Your account
You may hold one account per person. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Sharing accounts, selling accounts, and transferring accounts between people are prohibited. The information you provide when registering must be accurate and kept up to date.
If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, contact support@flipstreaks.com immediately.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to do any of the following while using the Service:
- Automate, script, or otherwise programmatically trigger the flip endpoint or any other game action.
- Create or operate multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage, evade bans, or manipulate the leaderboard.
- Exploit bugs, defects, or unintended behaviors. If you discover one, report it in good faith to support@flipstreaks.com. We may reward qualifying reports at our discretion.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players. Nicknames containing slurs, hateful language, impersonation, or sexual content may be forcibly changed or removed.
- Impersonate other players, public figures, or the FLIPSTREAK team.
- Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimate completed purchases. Doing so is grounds for permanent account termination.
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or reproduce the game or its backend.
FlipCoins and virtual items
FlipCoins (FC) are a limited, revocable license to access cosmetic content inside FLIPSTREAK. FlipCoins and any cosmetic items you unlock (coin skins, nickname styles, avatars, avatar frames, battle pass rewards, and similar items) have no monetary value. FlipCoins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money or any other currency. FlipCoins cannot be transferred between accounts. Cosmetic unlocks cannot be sold, traded, gifted, or moved between accounts.
Purchases
Purchases are processed through a third-party Merchant of Record: PayPal. The Merchant of Record is the seller of record for your transaction and handles payment, taxes, and invoicing. We may add additional Merchant of Record processors in the future; these Terms will be updated before any new processor goes live.
Prices shown in the Store are in U.S. dollars or your local equivalent. Sales tax, VAT, or other local taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing address. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance, deployments, or third-party outages may temporarily make the game unavailable. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features, events, or cosmetics at any time.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, initiate unjustified chargebacks, attempt to exploit the game, or otherwise abuse the Service. On termination, unspent FlipCoins, unlocked cosmetics, battle pass progress, and in-game statistics are forfeited. The Refund Policy controls whether any refund is available.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Account deletion is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All game content, including source code, artwork, music, sound effects, pixel-art sprites, character designs, the FLIPSTREAK and DOLGLEV interactive names, logos, and trade dress, is owned by DOLGLEV interactive or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the game for your own entertainment. You may not scrape, mirror, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the Service or its content.
User-generated content
The only user-generated content on the Service is your chosen nickname. By picking a nickname, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display that nickname publicly wherever the game shows player names, including leaderboards, the live event feed, share cards, and social previews.
We reserve the right to reject, replace, or remove any nickname that violates these Terms or our community standards. Replacement nicknames are typically anonymized (for example, "Player12345").
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Chilean law, DOLGLEV interactive disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Chilean law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us during the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data beyond your account data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOLGLEV interactive and Anton Dolgalev from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to litigate locally, in which case that right is preserved.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-game at least 30 days before they take effect, where practical. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the new Terms.
